In Azamgarh, BJP’s Pawai Mandal vice-president and Kshetra Panchayat member (BDC) Arjun Yadav was shot lifeless by miscreants. After the homicide, the bike using miscreant escaped whereas firing aerial. The Powai market remained closed on Friday to protest the BDC homicide. The police have filed a report in opposition to two unidentified assailants on the deceased’s elder brother’s tahrir. Police power together with PAC are deployed within the space as a precautionary measure.
Arjun Yadav of Jangpur village was the BDC of the village and was doing a medication store in Powai Bazaar. On Thursday evening, at about quarter to 9, he closed the store and was returning residence by bike. He was shot lifeless by bike-riding miscreants close to the village on Shahganj-Powai highway.
Superintendent of Police Sudhir Singh stated that the rationale for the incident was not clear. Is being investigated. The deceased was the youthful of the 2 brothers. He has a son and a daughter.
