After the Supreme Court’s decision, the situation has now become clear regarding the CBSE pending examinations. During the two-day hearing on the examinations, the board decided to cancel the examinations to be held between July 1 and 15. Also informed the court about the assessment scheme to be adopted for the result. A 3-judge bench headed by Justice AM Khanwilkar also disposed of all the cases under consideration in the other courts. After this decision, CBSE has issued its notification at 1 pm.

At the same time, Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has tweeted and thanked the Supreme Court, Prime Minister and Home Minister for accepting the proposal of CBSE. Apart from this, the Union Education Minister also informed about the decision taken by the board in the court through tweet.
Information given about the decisions of CBSE
The Union Minister said that “I am also happy to say that the results of the board examinations will be declared by July 15. I would like to reiterate that protecting the health of students, parents and teachers is our first priority. ” He also wrote about the option of alternative examination given by the board that “Students dissatisfied with the CBSE assessment method will also get an opportunity to write the examination if the circumstances are favorable to improve their performance”.
