The registration process for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) to be held for admission to the architecture institutes of the country has started. The application process for the examination has started from March 5, which will continue till March 28. This exam takes place twice a year. This year, the first session will be conducted on 10 April and the second session will be on 12 June.
Examination will be done in online mode
Candidates wishing to take admission in Architecture Courses also have the option to give Nata in addition to JEE. Candidates desirous of appearing in the examination can register on the official website nata.in. This three-hour examination will be conducted in online mode. It is a national level undergraduate category examination, whose score is valid for one year.
Who can apply?
To appear in this examination, it is necessary to have a minimum of 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the 12th board examination and a total of 50 percent marks in all subjects. Like JEE, candidates can also appear in any one stage or both stage examination in NATA. The admit cards for the first phase of the examination will be issued on 06 April.
At the same time, the result is proposed to be released on 14 April. As an application fee, the candidates will have to deposit Rs 2000 online. Whereas, students of the Reserve category will have to deposit Rs 1500.
