Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Bhopal has postponed the Madhya Pradesh Police Constable Recruitment Examination 2020. The board shared information about this on its official website. The board said that the police constable examination was to begin from April 6. But due to the rapid spread of corona in the state and due to the night curfew in many cities, the examination has been postponed. The new exam date will be released soon.
Examination has been postponed even before
This is not the first time that this examination to be held for the recruitment of 4000 constable posts in Madhya Pradesh Police has been postponed. Earlier this exam was to be held from 6 March. However, the board later released a new update on February 17 informing that the exam has been postponed for a month. After which it was decided to hold this examination on 6 April, which has been postponed once again.
Over 9 lakh candidates applied
The process of application for the recruitment of 4000 posts of Constable in Madhya Pradesh Police started from 8 January 2021, for which the last date was extended to 11 February. According to the information, more than 9 lakh candidates have applied for MP Police Constable Recruitment.
