School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said that this year there will be no opening of classes for young children.

Due to increase in cases of Karona in Madhya Pradesh, class will not open till 5th of this year. In a special conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said, “This decision has been taken in view of the growing case of Corona. At the same time, a decision will also be taken on running the class from 6th to 8th.

Cases are increasing continuously in the state. Bhopal and Indore have more influence. Looking at it, we are reviewing it every week. On the basis of this, a decision will be taken to open a big class, but the class of young children will not be opened yet.

A decision will be taken to start a new session only after the examination is over.
The minister said that conducting the examination is the first priority. Guidelines for both government and private schools continue. As far as the exams of class 10th and 12th are concerned, they will be online.

He said that it is a question of his future. However, private schools have been allowed to conduct exams and other classes exams both online and offline. They can take decisions following their convenience and guidelines. It will be considered to start a new session only after the examination is over.

Private schools will not be able to collect arbitrary fees: Parmar
Minister Parmar said that till now there was no guideline or law to curb private schools. Now, according to the new provision, schools will not be able to take arbitrary fees. If a school wants to increase fees, it must first get permission from the government. For this, he will have to give a reason for increasing the fees. As far as the course is concerned, the government is working on it as well.
