Diesel Loco Modernization Works (DMW) has sought applications from qualified candidates for recruitment to the posts of apprentice. According to the notification issued for recruitment to these posts, a total of 182 posts of fitter, welder, electrician, mechanic, machinist will be appointed under this recruitment drive. Interested candidates can do online for these posts. The last application for these posts has been fixed on 31 March.

For electrician, mechanic, machinist, fitter trade, one should have passed 12th with 50% marks. Whereas class 8 should be passed for welder trade.

Age Range

Candidates applying for welder trade should have a minimum age of 15 years and maximum age of 22 years. At the same time, the candidates applying for other posts should be between 15 to 24 years old.
